Changing the Refresh Rate in Windows Vista
1. Right click a blank portion on the Desktop.
2. Click Personalize.
3. Click the Display Settings link.
4. Click the Advance Settings button.
5. Click the Monitor tab.
6. Select the desired screen refresh rate from the drop-down menu.
